01. What is the composition of the product of Bleu d’argan?

All the product of Bleu d’argan are made of high-standard Argan oil and natural components. The different products of the Bleu d’argan brand are inspired of centenarian and novel recipes for hair, face and body care.


02. What did the Bleu d’argan products have exceptional?

After research from the Bleu Cosmetics laboratories, the Bleu d’argan products use natural ingredients highly selected. They are composed of 100% authentic Argan oil from Southern Morocco, the only place in the world to product Argan oil. The oil of the brand have some exceptional advantages. They don’t stick, they easily penetrate the skin, and they nourish the skin while providing a satin finish and a pleasant feeling of softness to the skin and the scalp.


03. What beauty treatments are covered by the Bleu d’argan products?

The Bleu d’argan products cover 3 types of care. The face care, the body care and the hair care. So Bleu d’argan is composed of 3 ranges of products.


04. Do you test your products on animals?

No, there is no test on animals for our products.





05. Can I safety pay my order on the site?

Yes, the Bleu Cosmetics Company use the secure payment 3D Secure from the CIC bank. The bank data that you are entering on the site are encrypted (norm of security SSL). Thus, all your transactions by credit card online are secure. You can safety pay your order.


06. What are the payment terms?

The payment of your purchases on the Bleu d’argan website takes place in Euros. You can choose to pay your order by credit card, Paypal, transfer and check. The payment is cashed when we receive the check or when the expedition of the package is done for a payment by credit card, Paypal or transfer.


07. What are the costs and the delays for the shipment?

For a standard shipment, there is no shipping cost. The delays are then to 3 or 4 days working for Metropolitan France, and 5 or 6 days for Belgium for an order passed before 3pm from Monday to Friday and after the receipt of payment.

For an express shipment, the shipping costs are 12,80€. The delays are 24h days working for Metropolitan France, and 48h for Belgium for an order lower than 4kg passed before 3pm from Monday to Friday and after the receipt of payment.


For the ordered products by a client delivered outside of Metropolitan France and Belgium, please contact us via mail ( We may send you the pricing according to your country and weight.


08. How do the loyalty points work?

You win 1 loyalty point for 1 euro bought. All your loyalty points are totaled in “My account” area. They correspond to vouchers available on all the products sold on the Bleu d’argan website. For 100 loyalty points you will receive 10€, for 200 points you will have 20€, etc… You can choose to use them in the first step of the cart when you place an order.

09. How can I use my credit slip?

You can use them when you place an order on the Bleu d’argan shop.


10. How can I use my vouchers?

You can enter your promotional code in the first step of the cart. You can only use one voucher at once.


11. How can I track my package?

To know where your order is, you can follow its evolution after logging in your account in “My order” area.


12. What are the returns and exchanges conditions?

If one of the products you ordered doesn’t correspond to your expectations, you benefit of a right of withdrawal of 14 days after the receipt of the product.

To use it, you have to inform us of your desire of withdrawal and to send us back the products in their original state to ???. We will refund you the price of the purchased products and the shipping costs in a delay of 14 days after the receipt of the returned products.





13. How can I create an account on the Bleu d’argan website?

You can create your account by going on the tab “My account” at the top right and clicking on “Login”. Then simply enter your email address and click on "Create Account". You will need to inform your personal information to register.


14. How can I modify my personal information (address, mail, name/first name…)?

To modify your personal information, you have to connect at your personal space. Once connected, you just have to go in “My personal information”, to modify the data you wanted, and to save.


15. What can I do if I forgot my password?

When you go to the tab allowing you to login, click on “ Forgot your password? ”. You will have to inquire the email address you gave when you registered. An email with a new password will be send to this email.
